Terms and Conditions for Zeppole & Co FLIGHTS TO ITALY

1. Eligibility
1.1. This giveaway is open to all customers who make a purchase at Zeppole & Co.
1.2. Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter.
1.3. Employees of Zeppole & Co and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

1.4 One winner will win Two plane tickets to Italy (These are return tickets; the departure date is chosen, and the return date is one month later.)

2. How to Enter
2.1. To enter the giveaway, customers must visit Zeppole & Co in-store and make a purchase.
2.2. Participants must attach their purchase receipt to a tag with the following details: their full name, phone number, address, and email address. (Customers may be limited to how many entries)
2.3. The completed tag must be placed in the designated entry box in-store.

3. Giveaway Period
3.1. The giveaway period begins on 22nd day of AUGUST 2024 and ends on 1ST DAY OF DECEMBER 2024.
3.2. The winner will be drawn in DECEMBER 2024.

4. Prize Details
4.1. The prize consists of two flights to Italy for two people.
4.2. Flights will be booked on a major airline from Adelaide to either Milan or Rome, depending on availability and chosen dates.
4.3. The flights are valid for travel between January 2025 and July 2025. Exact travel dates will be subject to availability and must be confirmed with Zeppole & Co.
4.4. Accommodation, spending money, and any additional expenses such as transfers or add-ons are not included in the prize.
4.5. The flights cannot be exchanged for cash or rerouted to a different location.

5. Prize Redemption
5.1. If the prize becomes unavailable at any time, Zeppole & Co will provide an extended period to organize the prize.
5.2. If the prize is not collected or redeemed within one week from the date of the initial notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn at random.

6. General Conditions
6.1. By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6.2. Zeppole & Co reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or attempting to manipulate the entry process.
6.3. The decision of Zeppole & Co regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.4. Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and in accordance with Zeppole & Co's privacy policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Zeppole & Co is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other issues that may affect the submission or draw process.
7.2. Zeppole & Co accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the prize or participation in the giveaway.

7.3. Zeppole & Co is not liable for any issues that may occur during the trip, including but not limited to, flight delays, cancellations, or any other travel-related problems. Any such issues must be addressed directly with the airline or relevant travel service providers.

8. Governing Law
8.1. This giveaway is governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes arising from the giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia.
